the people’s requirements so that a person can de-stress and relieved even
after he or she leave the meditation and yoga camp. Yoga is also followed by as
a by product of meditation as if you are not cool at mind then no yoga posture
can help you. So it is ultimately necessary to have peace of mind by meditation
and then followed by yoga so that the energy blockage in the body and mind can
be removed and a person can enjoy the eternal flow of energy through himself or
herself.
The reason why medical science took lots of time in removing
the occupational illness or rather say stress related diseases is that Medical science
